Be my Valentine!

Evening all!

I hope you are all enjoying the weekend so far! We woke up to snow here in Leeds this morning and it idn't stop until about 1pm! Unfortunately for me I still had to go to work!

Today I though I'd share with you a card we made at Julies Tuesday night card class last week. I gave it to my H2B for Valentines day and he loved it! He said a lot of work had gone into it! Bless him!

Here is the simply decorated inside...

....and a matching love cheque book.

The cheques are blank in this photo , but I have since filled them in with promises. There were some rather rude suggestions flying around at that tuesday group I can tell you!!!

Materials

CS: SU Real Red, Choc Chip, So Saffron, Whisper White

Paper: SU Playdate

Sentiment: SU Just Perfect Alphabet

Stamps: Su Trendy Tree's, I heart hearts, All in the family

Tools: SU scallop oval punch, SU Small and Large Heart punches, SU stamp-a-ma-jig

Misc: SU markers and inks

Well my H2B loved it, I hope you all like it too! An evening of TV for me now I think, need to relax after my hard day at work!

Don't forget you only have 9 days of sale-a-bration left, so if there are any SU goodies you would like and you fancy earning yourself a free stamp set or two get in touch with your order and I would be happy to place it for you! (See my side bar for details!)

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Hugs, Vicky ~x~

You're so lucky to be local enough to attend Jule's classes, bet you have a ball as well as creating wonderful projects :D Funny you mentioned the red / white gingham for Xmas Vicky - that's exactly the colour scheme I'm going to go for this year! Take care, love Steph xxx

What an absolutely gorgeous little gift set Vicky! The card is just inspired - I love the way you made the hot air balloon and used the trees to create your scene. And then the matching 'cheque book' is the icing on the cake!
